Benny passed away peacefully and suddenly on Friday December 13, 2024. He was surrounded by Kimberly and I,his vet and all the techs who, like many others who met him, either grew to love him or were instantly wowed by his presence. Rest in peace you beautiful creature. ……………. ………..You lived life to the full………………………………
Benny boy was called to rest,
Our dear companion, truly the best.
The first sweet dog we loved as one,
Our loving journey had begun.
A comforter who warmed our hearts,
In that regard he had the smarts
The neighborhood favorite in his domain
His presence much bigger than a great Dane
White hair shed just like a beast
The vacuum cleaner had a feast
Youthful looks and soulful eyes
He made his point there was no disguise
A loyal friend, the boss, the sage,
He aged with grace at every stage.
With sunlit naps and duck in tow,
His steady steps began to slow.
His time did come his life fulfilled
And all he touched he surely thrilled
He died in peace and dignity
We’ll love you through infinity
