Role of checks and balances to maintain justice and prevent tyranny was the intent here I believe.

We the people have turned our backs
On his deeds in the Jan 6th attacks
In the United States, how can this be?
Does it concern you? It concerns me

The country founded in justice and liberty
Has ignored it’s hallowed responsibility
In plain sight for the whole world to see
Does it concern you? It concerns me

He stated the constitution he would uphold
Instead chaos and disorder did unfold
He will take that oath again in January
Does it concern you? It concerns me

The Capitol the backdrop to his validation
The will of the people the will of a nation
Above the law it seems he be
Does it concern you? It concerns me

In many countries he would be in jail
His tyranny’s difficult to curtail
How is this democracy?
Does it concern you? It concerns me

So are our consciences really clear?
Where are the values we’ve held so dear?
How can we just let this be?
Does it concern you? It concerns me

I write this to we the people. My view of we the people is beyond, nations, borders ,race, color, religion, and politics. It’s the only way we win as a human race.

I cannot fathom how the American people let this happen, this man has lied his way to the top 1) Stop wars immediately 2) admits he cannot control food prices and so much more. Now he has a billionaire in his ear who wants to be the President in 2028 – a man who states his brain is a constant turmoil of ideas. DJT – another meglamaniac fucking over the bottom 75% to keep them all in line. In the 1930’s Hitler said “make Germany great again”. I say be warned.
