My latest poem in the series is published. This is the radiotherapy I had to treat the prostate cancer as it had metastasized to my bones, specifically T10, and one of my right ribs.
Unlike the proton beam treatment I had recently, this was a different approach, “one and done,” and took about 40 minutes. It was my 4th treatment with radiation since the first in 2009.
N.B., I have made a correction to the page with my poems to fix a chronological error. This is poem 23. What was published as 23 is now 24.
