August – Not a bad effort for Cancer Boy (AKA an old man with a bicycle)

That cancer boy he has some fight
Even on those days that bite
A simple way to do his bit
Keep your body lean and fit

Every morning walk the dogs
Then put on your riding togs
Hit the road at 7 AM
Miss the morning traffic mayhem

Wave to all the regulars
Walking, running, cycling stars
Pass the ones who go too slow
Passed by those who really go

Pulling into my driveway
The squeaky brakes are giveaways
To the doggies by the door
They provide a sweet encore

80 Miles I ride each week
Solid now is my technique
That cancer boy will fight like hell
Every day and cell by cell

F#*K Cancer

So glad I’m finally getting all your wonderful stories. Battling the monster now with a cancer very rare. You are another inspiration for this old lady that is kicking it in it’s blooming ass!
